The pools are impressive and lively, perfect for a fun day. Long wait times for service are disappointing. Really great access to water sports right by the beach.

Every day was a new adventure as we strolled just a few steps to the beautiful beach, discovered the fun Museum of Ice Cream almost 1.2 km away, and enjoyed diverse dining options like Nobu and Scarpetta within a short walk, while the hotel itself offered fabulous pools and a lively atmosphere; although the mattress could have been more comfortable, the incredible access to parks and restaurants made it all worth it.

Great atmosphere for young party-goers. Outdoor areas are pristine and well-maintained. The cafes and restaurants, especially Hakkasan and La Cote, deliver solid experiences. Guest services were commendable and helpful. the sushi restaurant fell flat; quality barely reaches 4/10. Rooms are the weak point-outdated, minimal amenities, and cleanliness left much to be desired. Check-in was an ordeal, chaotic and frustrating, with too many guests packed in. Food and drink prices are exorbitant, but the offerings are good. The gym is a bright spot: clean, well-equipped. Value for money? Uncertain. The hotel feels like a party venue, not a luxury escape.

Rude front desk staff made check-in unbearable, turning a seemingly pleasant trip into a hassle. The pools were fantastic-plenty of options and great service, but getting a chair felt like a contest. While the room was nice and the beds comfy, unexpected charges plagued the stay, leaving a sour taste. Awoken by loud music early each morning, it was difficult to relax. Cleanliness was inconsistent, and the frustrating bag checks at the pool were grating. It's a party scene, but the experience didn't match the price tag. Would think twice before returning.

The hotel's historic charm and stunning pool area were definitely highlights. We loved the lobby with its ocean views and the service from the staff was outstanding - always friendly and accommodating. there were some notable drawbacks. Our room in the Tresor Tower had plumbing issues that made showering a loud and inconvenient experience. Maintenance took a long time to address the problem, and even after switching rooms, the issue persisted. The lack of basic amenities like a drain plug for the bathtub and uncleanliness in the room were disappointing for a hotel of this caliber. the high prices for breakfast, snacks, and drinks, as well as the extra charges for beach amenities like umbrellas, left us feeling financially exploited as tourists. The room rates did not seem justified given the issues we encountered and the overall lack of value for the money spent. While we appreciated the hotel's location with direct access to the sea, the subpar room conditions and insufficient service detracted from our overall enjoyment of the stay. We hope that the Fontainebleau addresses these issues to provide a more satisfying experience.

Great amenities for families, including spacious rooms with comfy beds and a nice pool area. They also offer a welcome drink and helpful staff for organizing local tours.

It wasn’t inexpensive, but the overall experience still feels reasonable.

Chillin' on the balcony, we had epic views of the beach bums and the crazy action on the sand. The pool scene was straight fire, with DJs spinnin' sick beats all day long. The beach crew hooked us up with killer drinks to sip on as we soaked up the sun.

If only they had an exclusive club on site for us young party animals to keep the turn-up going all night long! .

The room was disappointingly outdated. The beds were far too hard, making sleep difficult. Additional mattress upgrades are necessary for comfort. The temperature control was effective, but the noise levels from the surrounding area disrupted relaxation. Shower water pressure was inconsistent, and there was mold in the bathroom. Housekeeping was spotty; rooms weren't cleaned regularly. Stains on the carpet and food remnants from previous guests were concerning. The setup was inconvenient, especially with limited countertop space in the bathroom. the room fell short of the luxurious experience expected at such a price point.

The Italian restaurant led by a James Beard award recipient was exquisite. The cocktail lab with seasonal infusions was a delightful experience. The poolside party with live performances made me feel like a star.

Just loved the loud bumping music waking me up early in the morning. Classic!

Spent Christmas at a grand hotel with a beautiful, spacious layout and a prime location. Enjoyed the weekend beach club at the pool and the outstanding Hakkasan restaurant. The staff at Arkadia were fantastic, providing a fun atmosphere.

The hotel had issues with overbooking, leading to a chaotic and stressful experience. Lack of communication between management and staff resulted in conflicting information and unhelpful responses.

Our group of friends had an amazing stay at a very nice location in Miami Beach. The Fontainebleau Miami offered excellent facilities, including outdoor and indoor swimming pools, beach access, a fitness studio, and even a kids club. We enjoyed the passion fruit mojitos at the bar, which were the best we've ever had. The staff was friendly and the rooms had great amenities, such as air conditioning and a mini-bar. our stay was fantastic, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

That the hotel seemed to attract a different crowd during the weekends, which made us hesitant to bring our families. Additionally, the breakfast options were limited and expensive, and the pool area could have been cleaner.
